St Richard Gwyn, Catholic film from Mary's Dowry Productions

Encounter the films, docudramas, documentaries and trailers from MARY'S DOWRY PRODUCTIONS where the lives of the Saints and Martyrs become real. "My dear countrymen, remember your souls, and do not lose them for this vile tranistory muck which Christ hath so dearly bought." Thus said St. Richard Gwyn as he stood beneath a gallows in Wrexham market square in 1584 and was hanged, drawn and quartered by law for his Catholic Faith. This likable, witty, friendly, honest Welsh schoolmaster loved his family dearly and had a great love for Truth, honour and Faith. He was hunted for refusing to attend the 'State' Church and for this he was imprisoned, tried and condemned. He was kind, peaceful and forgiving to the very end. As of August 2011 this film is currently being edited and will be released on DVD worldwide for all to encounter this great Elizabethan Catholic Martyr in film.
